Stress Less Autism Parenting
A blueprint to improved communication, regulation & connection
A blueprint to improved communication, regulation & connection
Hi. I’m Casey Gregory.
I'm a behavior analyst with over 17 years of experience. Through my program, I help parents of non-vocal or minimally vocal autistic children between the ages of 0-8 learn how to help their child communicate and regulate so you can find true connection and confidently meet your child's needs.
I guide you step by step in what to do and how to do it so you can stop feeling like you're failing and start feeling confident in what your child needs. Most importantly, we work together to rebuild the connection you long for, helping your child progress while feeling understood, supported, and set up for a brighter future.

"Casey helped me understand my son better. I understand what causes his meltdowns and know what to do to help him through it." - K.A.
"Knowing what to do is half of it. Casey showed me how to help my child get out of himself and start letting us in just by playing with him. I didn't even know how badly we needed that." -J.S.
"Everything was overwhelming. My daughter wasn't speaking and we didn't know where to start. Waitlists were so long. Casey took us right away and had us starting communication with her within 2 weeks!" - A.H.
"There's really nothing out there like this for parents. I feel so empowered. Casey's program has literally everything in it that parents with autistic children need." - V.W.
"I learned techniques for managing tantrums more effectively, improved his communication skills with me, and strengthened our relationship." - C.M.
"Casey's amazing. She helped us feel so much safer at home and with potty training! My son is now communicating so much better." - P.D.
